First, make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run Jurassic Park Operation Genesis:
OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP;
Processor: Pentium III, Celeron, or AMD Athlon with 400MHz;
RAM: 128MB;
Hard Disk Space: 700MB;
Video Card: 16MB 640x480 at 16-bit color DirectX compatible;
Sound Card: DirectX compatible;
DirectX 8.1.
If the requirements are fulfilled, I suggest you update your video card drivers and install the latest version of DirectX. After that uninstall the game and then install it again. If you have issues installing Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, try to update Windows Installer.
